Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the service. If it falls short, this policy explains how to request a refund. It also covers points spent on AI generation.
1. Digital content
We sell digital content and services: once an asset has been downloaded, or an AI generation has been produced, it has been delivered and cannot be returned. Refunds therefore follow the conditions below.
2. When we refund in full
(i) Within 7 days of purchase, provided you have downloaded no assets and spent no points. (ii) A duplicate charge for the same order. (iii) You paid successfully but your membership was not activated. (iv) An incorrect charge caused by a fault on our side. Cases (ii)–(iv) are not subject to the 7-day limit.
3. When we cannot refund
(i) Orders where assets have been downloaded or points spent. (ii) A membership period already in use more than 7 days after purchase. (iii) Accounts limited or terminated for breaching the Terms. If your situation is unusual (for example a mistaken or duplicate purchase) please still contact us.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved they usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and your bank. Any provider-side fees follow that provider's rules.
5. How to request
Use the form on "About → Contact" and include your order number, your account (email or username) and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with the outcome, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
